Refunds take 3–7 business days after approval.

Damaged / Wrong Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos.
We will replace or refund the item.

Lost / Delayed Packages

Eligible for refund or reshipment if:

• No tracking updates for 15+ days, or
  
• Not delivered within 60 days
